Description

A chocolate chip cookie is a cookie with chocolate chips in it. So our new creation is a Cookie Chip Chocolate, because it’s a disk of chocolate studded with “chips” of freeze-dried edible cookie dough. It’s a chocolate chip cookie turned inside out! The yummy crunch of the freeze dried cookie bits enveloped in velvety chocolate creates a flavor profile not generally found in cookies or in chocolates. It all adds up to a delicious experience.
