Your order will be prepared specifically for you! It may take time to process the order before it is delivered to the shipper.

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground services.
*Please remember that once your order has been picked up by USPS, FedEx or UPS, delivery time is no longer under our control.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
The address that you provide during checkout is the address that we use for shipping,Β we will not be responsible if the information provided is incorrect, this includes partial or incomplete addresses (missing street name, apt#, zip code, etc.). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the information you provided….PLEASE review the information and if changes are needed, contact us ASAP so that we can make the necessary correction(s).Β
Unfortunately we do not accept returns.
DAMAGED ITEM(S)
If you receive your order and the package is damaged, please do not open the package. Take a picture of it and send it to [email protected]Β and please be sure to provide your order number in the email (subject line is fine). Once we receive the email and have a chance to review the damage, we will advise as to what to do next.
We make every reasonable effort to secure your items. However, we do not control how the box is handled by a carrier once the order leaves our location.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued for unopened, damaged items. If your order is damaged, please contact us ASAP to begin the return process. *Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
