Freeze Dried Pastel Mini Marshmallows

Do you remember eating Lucky Charms cereal when you were a kid? If you’re like me, you ate the marshmallows out of the box, leaving the cereal behind. I’m not 100% certain, but I think those marshmallows must have been freeze dried marshmallows. Even if they weren’t they’re still pretty close to what you can expect from these freeze dried mini marshmallows. They’re not soft and pillowy like normal marshmallows, they have an amazing light, crunchy texture that makes them special, much like the hearts and clovers and stars and moons in the cereal. Except that now, you can have a bag full of just the good stuff!
