Freeze dried sour gummy worms lose none of the delicious flavor of the original candy. They also retain their original colors and shape. But after freeze drying they are a good deal fatter and considerably less wormy. They are now light and airy and crunchy. Not really so great for use as a fishing lure, but a whole lot better for snacking!
