Gummy Clusters are a wonderful candy invention: the tangy hard candy nuggets we all love, surrounding a gooey gummy core. But when these candies come out of the freeze dryer, that gummy center has exploded into a light and airy puffball that looks like a pink pincushion with a bunch of brightly colored pins pushed into it. That’s why we call our creation Pinkushions™ . They look wild, and the experience of eating one is even wilder!
